Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zorva+ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Zorva+. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Zorva+ uses Manus OAuth for authentication — we do not store passwords.

4. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Content

Zorva+ is a kind, positive community. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:

  • Contains violence, graphic content, or threats of harm
  • Is sexually explicit or contains nudity
  • Constitutes hate speech, racism, or discrimination
  • Harasses, bullies, or intimidates other users
  • Is spam, scam content, or unsolicited advertising
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights

We use AI-powered moderation to automatically detect and remove violating content. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.

5. Private Platform & Editorial Discretion

Zorva+ is a privately owned and operated platform, not a public forum or government actor. The First Amendment to the United States Constitution prohibits government restrictions on speech. It does not apply to, and does not restrict, the editorial and moderation decisions of private companies such as Zorva+.

Zorva+ retains full and sole discretion to moderate, remove, restrict, decline to display, or decline to host any content, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, violations of our Community Guidelines, or at our sole judgment that the content is harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with the character of our community. No user has a constitutional, statutory, or contractual right to have their content hosted or displayed on Zorva+.

Use of Zorva+ is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason we deem appropriate.

6. Section 230 Notice

Zorva+ operates as an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230 of the Communications Decency Act ("CDA"). We are not the publisher or speaker of third-party content posted by users of the Service. Zorva+ is not liable for content created, posted, or transmitted by users.

Our decision to remove, restrict, or decline to host content does not make Zorva+ the publisher or speaker of that content and does not waive our protections under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c). We expressly reserve all rights and immunities provided under the CDA.

7. AI-Assisted Moderation & Appeals

Zorva+ uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to assist in content moderation. Automated moderation decisions may include blocking content before publication, flagging content for human review, issuing moderation strikes, or suspending accounts.

Strike system: Each blocked piece of content results in one moderation strike. At three strikes, your account will be suspended for 24 hours. At five strikes, your account may be permanently banned.

If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal through your account settings. Appeals are reviewed by human moderators. Zorva+'s decision on appeals is final. The existence of an appeal process does not create any obligation on Zorva+ to reverse a moderation decision.

8. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you post on Zorva+. By posting content, you grant Zorva+ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content as necessary to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license for all content you post.

9. Zorva+ Subscription

Zorva+ is a paid subscription at $9.99/month, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Billing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your content may be removed from the platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorva+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from content moderation decisions, account suspension, or removal of content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, including disputes related to moderation decisions, shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in a class arbitration proceeding.
