1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Your name and email address provided via Manus OAuth at sign-in.
Profile information: Bio, interests, profile picture, banner image, and color theme that you choose to add.
Content you create: Posts, comments, chat messages, direct messages, and group activity.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps for platform improvement.
Payment information: Subscription status and Stripe customer ID (we never store full card details — Stripe handles all payment data).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Zorva+ platform
Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
Send email verification codes and important account notices
Process subscription payments through Stripe
Detect and prevent fake accounts, spam, and abusive behaviour using AI analysis
Moderate content to keep the community safe
Respond to support requests

3. AI Moderation & Automated Processing

Zorva+ uses AI to automatically analyse posts, comments, chat messages, and profile images for content that violates our Community Guidelines. This includes analysis of text and images. Content flagged by AI may be reviewed by human moderators. New accounts are also scored for bot-like behaviour at sign-up to protect the community.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe: For payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
Resend: For sending transactional emails (verification codes)
Manus: Our hosting and authentication provider
AWS S3: For storing uploaded images and videos

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Posts and messages may remain visible to other users after deletion due to caching. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

6. Cookies & Sessions

Zorva+ uses a single HTTP-only session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie is valid for 30 days and is not used for advertising or tracking. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Object to automated decision-making (such as bot detection)
Data portability

8. Children's Privacy

Zorva+ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
