Legal Disclaimer

Last updated: February 2026. Please read this page carefully. It explains the legal framework under which Zorva+ operates and your rights as a user.

Section 230 Notice — Platform Immunity

Zorva+ is an interactive computer service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA). Under this federal law, Zorva+ is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by its users and is not legally responsible for content posted, transmitted, or shared by third-party users on the platform.

Section 230 grants Zorva+ immunity from civil liability arising from user-generated content. This protection applies regardless of whether Zorva+ takes any action — or declines to take action — to moderate, restrict, or remove content. Zorva+'s content moderation decisions, including the removal of content that violates our Community Guidelines, do not constitute editorial control that would strip this immunity.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits Zorva+'s right to enforce its Terms of Service or Community Guidelines against any user for any reason.

First Amendment Disclaimer

Zorva+ is a private platform, not a government actor. The First Amendment to the United States Constitution protects individuals from government censorship of speech; it does not require private companies to host or amplify any particular speech.

As a private platform, Zorva+ retains the right to establish and enforce content policies, remove content that violates those policies, suspend or terminate accounts, and make editorial decisions about what content is permitted on the platform — without such actions constituting a violation of any user's First Amendment rights.

Zorva+ is committed to fostering open, kind, and constructive discourse. Our Community Guidelines are designed to protect users from harassment, hate speech, and harmful content while preserving space for diverse viewpoints and genuine expression.

AI Moderation Disclosure

Zorva+ uses automated artificial intelligence systems to assist in content moderation. These systems analyze text, images, and video content submitted to the platform and may automatically flag, restrict, or block content that appears to violate our Community Guidelines.

AI moderation is imperfect. Automated systems may produce false positives (flagging content that does not actually violate guidelines) or false negatives (failing to detect content that does violate guidelines). Zorva+ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of any automated moderation decision.

If your content is removed or your account is restricted as a result of an automated moderation decision, you have the right to submit an appeal for human review. Zorva+ will review appeals in good faith and may restore content or reverse account actions where the automated decision is found to be in error.

Zorva+ does not use AI to generate, fabricate, or attribute statements to real individuals. AI tools are used solely for content classification and moderation assistance.

DMCA — Copyright & Intellectual Property

Zorva+ respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content on Zorva+ infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

To submit a DMCA notice, your written communication must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on Zorva+ (URL or sufficient detail).
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

DMCA notices may be submitted to: [email protected]. Zorva+ will respond to valid DMCA notices by removing or disabling access to the infringing content and, where appropriate, terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-notifications may be submitted by users who believe their content was removed in error. Zorva+ will process counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA's requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zorva+ and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Zorva+'s total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Zorva+ in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, Zorva+'s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Zorva+ platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Zorva+ does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Zorva+ does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to Zorva+ or its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Zorva+ at [email protected]. Zorva+ will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
